Jason Novak is a guitar player who has played for over 30 years. He started at age 12. He was born without a left hand.

In 1996, Jason was the winner of the Pittsburgh Guitar Wars, he was recently also a runner up in the Queen Extravaganza talent search. Jason currently teaches and is co-owner of The Munhall Music Academy in Munhall, Pennsylvania.

In 2012, Jason released an EP called The Stoney Sessions, with all proceeds going to serve a summer camp for kids with disabilities called Camp Star. Jason adds "I am also a writer and motivator for kids with disabilities, with a goal to get kids involved with music".

Jason's musical influences come from Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen, John Sykes, Steve Vai, Joe Stariarni, and John Petrucci. Jason is an endorser for GruvGear FretWraps and a member of NAMM.

Jason looks forward to meeting more musicians who share similar goals and fight similar challenges.
